  • How much does it cost?

    The cost is $22.94 per phone number. Messages begin November 10th and run through the end of December. 

  • Can I have more than one child receive messages?

    Yes. Pricing is based on each phone number. Simply separate each child's name with a comma or enter a family name. 


    For example; Jack, Jill, and Jane or The Smith Family

  • Are my messages personalized?

    Yes! Messages are addressed directly to your child. We encourage your child to ask the elves questions and interact. 

  • Can I use a device other than a cellphone?

    Our interactive chat is set up as a text-based program but we will send some correspondence over email as well!

  • Can my child message back?

    The elves will not be able to chat with your child at this time, they are so busy with Christmas right around the corner! However, we will be having designated times when all the elves will take time off from their jobs at the North Pole to text with your child! Alan will send out a text beforehand so you'll know when they'll be available.
